We will deliver all orders using Sagawa Express.

Timing of product shipment

Orders that have been confirmed before 13:30 during business working hours and are available in stock shall be shipped on the same day. (The estimated shipping date varies depending on the stock status. For details, please see "Scheduled shipping" on the product details page.)

We do not confirm payment or ship products on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and our holidays. 

If you order multiple items, all the ordered items shall be shipped as soon as they come available.
Please be aware, when ordering items with longer restocking dates your order could be delayed until the remaining items come available.

If you want to receive the item with the earliest expected shipping date, we recommend that you separate your order from other items.

About the arrival time of the product

The number of days from the shipment of the product from our company to the delivery varies depending on the area where you ordered.

The following is the estimated delivery schedule if there is no delay in delivery.

・ Next day delivery --- Kanto area, Tohoku area, Niigata prefecture, Nagano prefecture, Yamanashi prefecture, Shizuoka prefecture

Precautions

Goods can only be shipped within the country where the order was placed.

If you paid by credit card, bank transfer or Paid, you can change the delivery address only before shipping the item. Please email the new address to sales@blueshape.jp .

If you paid by Paypal, you cannot change the address for security reasons.

If you request to change the address after shipping the product, we cannot guarantee that the order information will be updated. You are also responsible for the costs and all possible risks of changing your address after shipping.

When placing an order, please enter the correct name, address, and contact information to ensure successful delivery.

Check the delivery status of your order

After shipping the product, you can track the delivery status on the Sagawa Express website. Please check from the link in the confirmation email sent when shipping your order.

You can also log in to the official Blueshape online store and track it in your "Order History". If your order is not displayed in the history, please contact sales@blueshape.jp .

Precautions when receiving products

Blueshape products are generally high-priced items, so when the item arrives, check the outer box for severe damage. If you see severe damage, please contact sales@blueshape.jp without opening the package .

Also, if you notice it after opening it, please contact us immediately. At that time, please keep a record in a photograph etc. so that you can see the damaged part as much as possible.

FAQ

Can I change the order details after completing the order?

Once your order is complete, you cannot add or change products or quantities. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel your order and place your order again. You can change the delivery address only before the product is shipped. (Except when paying with Paypal) Please send a new address by email to sales@blueshape.jp .

Can I cancel after completing my order?

● Before the product is launched You can cancel the product from the Blueshape official online store before the product is shipped. After logging in to the official Blueshape online store, click the Cancel button from "Order History" to cancel your order. If payment has already been completed, the refund will be made through the payment method selected at the time of ordering. About shipping fee when returned to the shipping source due to long absence, refusal of receipt, or any reason

If the shipped item is not received by the customer and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs such as shipping charges incurred. In case of redelivery, we will process the shipping by cash on delivery, and in case of refund, we will refund the amount after deducting the additional cost incurred.

Can you deliver the product to the hotel etc.?

Please contact sales@blueshape.jp if you wish to deliver to a temporary address such as a hotel . Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request depending on the timing of contact and the delivery address. If you are in a hurry, please contact sales@blueshape.jp before confirming your order .

About address change after shipping, receipt at the delivery company's office, receipt of delivery box

The Blueshape official online store does not accept address changes or transfers after the product has been shipped by the customer to prevent unauthorized receipt. If you would like to change the destination after shipping, please contact sales@blueshape.jp . After returning the item to the warehouse of the delivery source, we will send the item again. In addition, the shipping fee incurred at this time will be borne by the customer. We do not accept receipts from the delivery company's sales office or delivery to the delivery box when you are absent. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

Under what circumstances does the Blueshape Online Store unilaterally cancel an order?

The Blueshape Online Store sells and ships products only to end-user customers. Products or services obtained from the Blueshape Online Store may not be commercially distributed, published, licensed, or resold. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund it to your original account if any of the following violations are found prior to product shipment or contract:

1) The product ordered with the same Blueshape account exceeds the purchase limit.

2) A single account does not violate purchase restrictions, but individuals are involved in a number of accounts (payment accounts / shipping addresses / IP addresses / contact phone numbers / other methods) that cumulatively violate purchase restrictions. It is judged that it is.

3) Blueshape has received a notification from the credit card issuer or PayPal that the transaction is somehow fraudulent.

4) Blueshape has determined that it has found evidence that the purchase was made improperly or that the order was not made legally.
